EnerSys Announces Dividend Increase of 29% to $0.225 Per Share for the Second Quarter of Fiscal Year 2024
August 9, 2023 4:16 PM EDTREADING, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- EnerSys (NYSE: ENS), the global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend increase of 29% to $0.225 per share of common stock payable on September 29, 2023, to holders of record as of September 15, 2023. This marks the company's 42nd consecutive quarterly dividend.
