Terreno Realty Corporation Increases Quarterly Dividend by 12.5% and Files Second Quarter 2023 Financial Statements
August 2, 2023 4:10 PM EDTBELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE: TRNO), an acquirer, owner and operator of industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets, declared a regular cash dividend for the quarter ending September 30, 2023 of $0.45 per common share; an increase of 12.5% over the prior dividend level. The dividend will be payable on October 13, 2023 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on September 29, 2023.
