(Nasdaq: INZY), a clinical-stage rare disease biopharmaceutical company developing novel therapeutics for the treatment of pathologic mineralization and intimal proliferation, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 12,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $4.80 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $60 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses.
