Income Statement Highlights include:

Net income was $2.0 million for the second quarter of 2023 consistent with the same quarter in 2022 Net interest income for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 was $6.9 million, an increase of $820 thousand or 13% from the same period in 2022. Net interest margin for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 was 3.66%, a 3% increase over the same period in 2022, and up 4% from the quarter ended March 31, 2023. Second quarter revenues were $7.6 million, a decrease of $288 thousand, or 4%, from the same period in 2022 and up $695 thousand or 10% from the first quarter of 2023.
