Vaxart, Inc. Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock
June 6, 2023 4:01 PM EDTSOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., June 06, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vaxart, Inc. (Nasdaq: VXRT) today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of its common stock. In addition, Vaxart expects to grant to the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of shares of the common stock sold in the public offering.
