Kiora Pharmaceuticals Announces Pricing of $5.5 Million Underwritten Public Offering

(NASDAQ: KPRX) ("Kiora" or the "Company") today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering for gross proceeds of approximately $5.5 million prior to deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses.
