(Oak Ridge; or the Company) (OTCPink: BKOR), the parent company of Bank of Oak Ridge (the Bank), announced unaudited financial results for the first three months of 2023, and an increase of $0.02, or 25%, in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.10 per common share.
