Net Income: Net income for the quarter ended March 31, 2023 totaled $3.2 million or $0.43 per diluted share (including Series A preferred shares). Adjusted (non-GAAP) net income (excluding severance and retirement expenses) was $3.6 million or $0.48 per diluted share for the quarter ended March 31, 2023.Deposits: Total deposits were $1.7 billion at March 31, 2023, an increase of $189.6 million from December 31, 2022.
