Steel Dynamics (STLD) Tops Q1 EPS by 37c
April 19, 2023 4:32 PM EDTSteel Dynamics (NASDAQ: STLD) reported Q1 EPS of $4.01, $0.37 better than the analyst estimate of $3.64. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.95 billion.
Outlook:
"We remain confident that market conditions are in place for domestic steel consumption to be solid," said Millett. "Order entry activity continues to be strong across all of our businesses.
