Banner Corporation Announces CFO Transition Plan
March 31, 2023 4:00 PM EDTWALLA WALLA, Wash., March 31, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Banner Corporation (NASDAQ GSM: BANR) (Banner or the Company), the parent company of Banner Bank, today announced that Peter J. Conner has informed the Company of his intention to retire from his position as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective October 10, 2023.
