Brown-Forman Announces $650 Million Debt Offering
March 21, 2023 6:12 PM EDTLOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Brown-Forman Corporation (NYSE: BFA, BFB) today announced the pricing of a $650 million 10-year senior unsecured note. The 4.750% 10-year senior notes are due April 15, 2033. Brown-Forman intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to refinance its existing $600 million of outstanding debt under its senior unsecured 364-day term loan credit agreement, with the remainder to be used for general corporate purposes.
BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc., Barclays Capital Inc., and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers.
