Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc. Declares 2023 First-Quarter Cash Dividend
March 21, 2023 4:30 PM EDTARCHBOLD, Ohio, March 21, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc., (Nasdaq: FMAO) the holding company of The Farmers & Merchants State Bank, with assets of $3.02 billion at December 31, 2022, today announced that it has approved the Companys quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share, which is a 10.5% increase over the 2022 first-quarter dividend. The first quarter dividend is payable on April 20, 2023, to shareholders of record as of April 1, 2023. Â
