Morgan Stanley has decided to cut earnings forecasts and price targets on Chinese electric vehicle companys, Nio Inc. (NYSE: NIO), Li Auto (NASDAQ: LI), XPeng (NYSE: XPEV) and BYD after Teslas (NASDAQ: TSLA) price cuts in the country triggered broader price competition.
