Williams-Sonoma, Inc. announces a 15% quarterly dividend increase and a new $1 billion stock repurchase authorization
March 16, 2023 9:02 AM EDTSAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (NYSE: WSM) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a 15% increase in the companys quarterly cash dividend to $0.90 per share. The quarterly dividend is payable on May 26, 2023, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 21, 2023. The Board of Directors also approved a new $1 billion stock repurchase authorization, which supersedes the companys current stock repurchase authorization.
