Humana Prices $1.25 Billion Debt Offering
February 27, 2023 9:44 PM ESTLOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Humana Inc. (the company) (NYSE: HUM) announced today that it has priced a public offering of $1.25 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior notes. These senior notes are comprised of $500 million of the companys 5.700 percent senior notes, due 2026, at 99.984 percent of the principal amount and $750 million of the companys 5.500 percent senior notes, due 2053, at 96.431 percent of the principal amount (collectively, the Senior Notes Offerings). The Senior Notes Offerings are expected to close on March 13, 2023, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
