Opendoor posts narrower-than-expected loss, but Q4 home sales fall 23% YoY
February 24, 2023 8:49 AM ESTDespite posting a narrower-than-expected loss and revenue beat, Opendoor (NASDAQ: OPEN) shares are down premarket.
The online real estate platform's shares have fallen over 7% on the back of its latest earnings release.
The company reported a loss of $0.63 per share, $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of a $0.86 loss per share. In addition, revenue for the quarter topped the analyst consensus estimate, coming in at $2.86 billion versus the expected... More
