Enviva Declares Quarterly Dividend

BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Enviva Inc. (NYSE: EVA) (Enviva, we, us, or our) today announced that the board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.905 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2022. The fourth quarter of 2022 dividend represents a 5.2% increase from the fourth quarter of 2021. The quarterly dividend will be paid on Friday, February 24, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business Tuesday, February 21, 2023.
