Walgreens Boots Alliance Declares Quarterly Dividend
January 26, 2023 6:30 PM ESTDEERFIELD, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. (Nasdaq: WBA) today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 48 cents per share, unchanged from the previous quarter and an increase of 0.5 percent from the year-ago quarter. The dividend is payable on March 10, 2023 to stockholders of record on Feb. 16, 2023.
Walgreens Boots Alliance and its predecessor company, Walgreen Co., have paid a dividend in 361 straight quarters (more than 90 years) and have raised the dividend for 47 consecutive years.
