American Express (AXP) to acquire B2B payment automation company
January 12, 2023 11:56 AM ESTAmerican Express (NYSE: AXP) announced today that the credit card service company has entered into an agreement to acquire Nipendo, a company used by global businesses to automate and streamline business-to-business (B2B) payments processes.
