December 22, 2022 4:10 PM ESTOMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AMCON Distributing Company (AMCON) (NYSE American: DIT), an Omaha, Nebraska-based consumer products company, is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of AMCON declared a special cash dividend of $5.00 per common share. This cash dividend is payable on January 13, 2023 to shareholders of record as of January 3, 2023.
