December 14, 2022 12:29 PM ESTIRVING, Texas, Dec. 14, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) voted today to maintain the quarterly dividend of one dollar and twenty cents ($1.20) per share of common stock, payable February 17, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 20, 2023.
