American Vanguard Raises Quarterly Dividend By 20%
December 12, 2022 8:00 AM ESTNEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Vanguard Corporation (NYSE: AVD) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.03 per share of the companys common stock to shareholders of record as of December 28, 2022, for distribution on January 11, 2023.
