Douglas Emmett Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
December 8, 2022 6:42 PM ESTSANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Douglas Emmett, Inc. (NYSE: DEI), a real estate investment trust (REIT), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on each share of its common stock of $0.19, or $0.76 on an annualized basis, to be paid on January 18, 2023 to shareholders of record as of December 30, 2022. This represents a reduction from the Companys previous quarterly dividend of $0.28 per common share, which was paid on October 18, 2022.
