Campbell Soup (CPB) shares rise after lifting full-year guidance
December 7, 2022 11:53 AM ESTCampbell Soup (NYSE: CPB) shares jumped over 4% Wednesday after the company topped fiscal first-quarter profit and revenue expectations.
The company's earnings per share for the period came in at $1.02, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $0.86, while revenue was $2.58 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.42 billion.
