Covenant Logistics Group Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
November 16, 2022 5:30 PM ESTCHATTANOOGA, Tenn., Nov. 16, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Covenant Logistics Group, Inc. (NASDAQ/GS: CVLG) (Covenant or the Company) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of Class A and Class B common stock. The quarterly cash dividend is payable to stockholders of record on December 2, 2022 and is expected to be paid on December 30, 2022.
