Inpixon Reports Compliance with Nasdaq's Listing Requirement
November 2, 2022 9:20 AM EDTPALO ALTO, Calif., Nov. 2, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Inpixon® (Nasdaq: INPX) ("Inpixon" or the "Company"), the Indoor Intelligence® company, today announced that it received notice from Nasdaq on November 1, 2022 that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). In order to regain compliance, the Company's common stock was required to maintain a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 or more for at least 10 consecutive trading days.
