CVR Energy Reports Third Quarter 2022 Results, Announces a Cash Dividend of 40 cents and a Special Dividend of $1.00

(CVR Energy or the Company) (NYSE: CVI) today announced net income of $93 million, or 92 cents per diluted share, on net sales of $2.7 billion for the third quarter of 2022, compared to net income of $84 million, or 83 cents per diluted share, on net sales of $1.9 billion for the third quarter of 2021.
