Axos Financial, Inc. Reports First Quarter Fiscal 2023 Results
October 27, 2022 4:05 PM EDTLAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Axos Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AX) (Axos), today announced unaudited financial results for the first fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2022. Net income was $58.4 million, a decrease of 3% from $60.2 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2021. Diluted earnings per share were $0.97, a decrease of $0.02, or 2%, as compared to diluted earnings per share of $0.99 for the quarter ended September 30, 2021.
Adjusted earnings and adjusted earnings per diluted common share (adjusted EPS), non-GAAP measures, which exclude non-cash amortization expenses and non-recurring costs related to mergers and acquisitions, and other non-recurring costs increased 15% to $71.6 million and 15% to $1.18, respectively, for the...
