Alerus Financial Corporation Reports Third Quarter 2022 Net Income of $9.6 Million
October 26, 2022 5:27 PM EDTMINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Alerus Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: ALRS) reported net income of $9.6 million for the third quarter of 2022, or $0.47 per diluted common share, compared to net income of $9.3 million, or $0.52 per diluted common share, for the second quarter of 2022, and net income of $13.1 million, or $0.74 per diluted common share, for the third quarter of 2021. Excluding the acquisition of Metro Phoenix Bank, earnings per diluted common share were $0.54 for the third quarter of 2022.
