The St. Joe Company Reports Third Quarter and First Nine Months of 2022 Results and Declares a Quarterly Dividend Of $0.10
October 26, 2022 4:10 PM EDTQuarterly revenue increased by 7% to $57.6 million, compared to $53.9 million in 2021 due to strong growth in leasing and hospitality revenue, which we believe is recurring. Leasing revenue increased by 42% and hospitality revenue increased by 30%. Real estate revenue decreased by 26% due to timing of homesite closings. Net income attributable to the Company for the quarter decreased by 18% to $12.4 million compared to $15.2 million in the same period in 2021.
