Canopy Growth (CGC) to Establish Canopy USA - Stifel Negative on the Move
October 25, 2022 3:19 PM EDTCanopy Growth (NASDAQ: CGC) announced it will create a new US-domiciled holding company, Canopy USA, as part of its strategy to accelerate its entry into the US cannabis industry.
CGC shares jumped more than 27% on Tuesday following the news.
