Significant progress towards previously announced separation, including the appointment of Aaron W. Saak as Crane NXT President and CEO; Remain on-track to complete separation in early April 2023. GAAP net loss of $1.06 per share, inclusive of $2.89 per share after-tax loss on the August divestiture that permanently removed all asbestos related liabilities and obligations from Crane's balance sheet.
