Xos Announces Appointment of Stuart Bernstein to Board of Directors
October 21, 2022 7:00 AM EDTLOS ANGELES, Oct. 21, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Xos, Inc. (NASDAQ: XOS), a leading technology company that provides fleet services, software solutions, and manufactures Class 5 through Class 8 battery-electric commercial vehicles, today announced that Stuart Bernstein has joined the Board of Directors (the Board), effective October 20th. Mr. Bernstein will serve as a member of the Audit and Compensation committees.
Mr. Bernstein will be a Class III director and will serve until the Annual meeting of stockholders in 2024, or such later time if he stands for re-election as a Board member and is re-elected.... More
