Electric vehicle maker, Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) released software update 2022.40.1 over the weekend, introducing improvements to Sentry Mode, Dog Mode, charging, radio stations, and driver door unlock mode.

Tesla's Musk says recession could last until 2024

(Reuters) -Tesla Inc Chief Executive Elon Musk thinks a recession will last until the spring of 2024, he tweeted on Friday, after saying earlier this week that "a recession of sorts" in China and Europe was weighing on demand for its electric cars.

"Just guessing, but probably until spring of '24," Musk said on Twitter after a user asked him how long the recession would last. It was not clear if Musk was talking about a global recession or expanding on the comment on China and Europe he made on Wednesday.

(Reuters) - Tesla Inc said on Wednesday it expected to miss its vehicle delivery target this year, but downplayed concerns about softening demand after its revenue missed Wall Street estimates.

Chief Executive Elon Musk told analysts on a conference call there was excellent demand in the fourth quarter, addressing investors' concerns that buyers could be discouraged by the weak global economy and high prices for Tesla vehicles.
