(The Nasdaq Stock Market Symbol: CCEL) (Cryo-Cell), the worlds first private cord blood bank to separate and store stem cells in 1992, announced today that its Board of Directors declares a one-time, special cash dividend of $0.90 per share of common stock to be paid to its shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 2, 2022.
