FLOWERS FOODS DECLARES DIVIDEND
August 19, 2022 9:00 AM EDTTHOMASVILLE, Ga., Aug. 19, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Flowers Foods, Inc. (NYSE: FLO), producer of Nature's Own, Dave's Killer Bread, Wonder, Canyon Bakehouse, Tastykake, and other bakery foods, today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, an increase of 4.8% over the same quarter last year. This is the 80th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the company and is payable on September 16, 2022, to shareholders of record on September 2, 2022.
