August 8, 2022 4:05 PM EDTLAFAYETTE, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Waitr Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: WTRH) (Waitr or the Company), soon to be known as ASAP, an on-demand online ordering technology platform for restaurants and stadiums, today reported financial results for the second quarter of 2022.
Second Quarter 2022 Highlights
Revenue for the second quarter of 2022 was $31.2 million, compared to $49.2 million for the second quarter of 2021, due in part to macroeconomic factors in our markets affecting order flow.
