Revenue of $139.6 million, up 51.9% as compared to prior year period. GAAP net income of $26.5 million, or 18.9% of sales, up 59.9% as compared to prior year period. Adjusted Net Income of $31.7 million, or 22.7% of sales, up 45.3% as compared to prior year period. Adjusted EBITDA of $41.1 million or 29.4% of sales, up 35.2% as compared to prior year period.
