Lazydays Holdings, Inc. Reports Second Quarter 2022 Financial Results
August 4, 2022 8:30 AM EDTTAMPA, Fla., August 4, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Lazydays Holdings, Inc.  ("Lazydays" or the "Company") (NasdaqCM: LAZY) announced  financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2022.  Net Income for the quarter was $31.8 million, up $6.5 million compared to the second quarter of 2021. Second quarter revenue was $373.6 million, up $50.8 million compared to the second quarter of 2021.   Adjusted EBITDA, a non-gaap measure, of $38.4 million was down 6.8% compared to the second quarter of 2021.
