Prudential Financial, Inc. Announces Second Quarter 2022 Results
August 2, 2022 4:18 PM EDTNet loss attributable to Prudential Financial, Inc. of $565 million or $1.53 per Common share versus net income of $2.158 billion or $5.40 per share for the year-ago quarter. The current quarter included a net after-tax charge from our annual assumption update and other refinements of $1.048 billion or $2.80 per Common share versus a benefit of $182 million or $0.45 per share in the year-ago quarter.
