NOG Declares $0.25 Quarterly Cash Dividend, 32% Increase over Prior Quarter, and Provides Share Repurchase Update
August 1, 2022 4:15 PM EDTMINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. (NYSE: NOG) (NOG or the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on the Companys common stock in the amount of $0.25 per share, representing a 32% increase from the prior quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable on October 31, 2022, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 29, 2022. Additionally, the Company has provided an update on recently completed share repurchases.
