July 29, 2022 8:30 AM EDTHENDERSON, Nev., July 29, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- VolitionRx Limited (NYSE AMERICAN: VNRX) ("Volition"), a multi-national epigenetics company, announced today the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $2.00 per share.
