Provident Financial Services, Inc. Announces Second Quarter EarningsĀ and Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
July 29, 2022 8:00 AM EDTISELIN, N.J., July 29, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Provident Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFS) (the Company) reported net income of $39.2 million, or $0.53 per basic and diluted share for the three months ended June 30, 2022, as compared to $44.0 million, or $0.58 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended March 31, 2022 and $44.8 million, or $0.58 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended June 30, 2021. For the six months ended June 30, 2022, net income totaled $83.2 million, or $1.11 per basic and diluted share, compared to $93.3 million, or $1.22 per basic and diluted share, for the six months ended June 30, 2021.
