(SmartFinancial) (Nasdaq: SMBK), the parent company for SmartBank, announced that on July 28, 2022, the board of directors of SmartFinancial declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share of SmartFinancial common stock payable on August 29, 2022, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 12, 2022. Â
