Olin Corp. (OLN) Announces $2B Share Buyback, Reports Q2 Results
July 28, 2022 4:06 PM EDTOlin Corporation (NYSE: OLN) announced financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2022. Olin also announced that its Board of Directors approved a new $2.0 billion share repurchase program ("2022 Share Repurchase Program").
Second quarter 2022 reported net income was $422.1 million, or $2.76 per diluted share, which compares to second quarter 2021 reported net income of $355.8 million, or $2.17 per diluted share. Second quarter 2022 adjusted EBITDA of $727.3 million excludes depreciation and amortization expense of $148.8 million and restructuring charges of $3.6 million.
