Valley National Bancorp Reports Second Quarter 2022 Earnings With Strong Organic Loan Growth, Net Interest Income and Margin
July 28, 2022 7:00 AM EDTNEW YORK, July 28, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Valley National Bancorp (NASDAQ:VLY), the holding company for Valley National Bank, today reported net income for the second quarter 2022 of $96.4 million, or $0.18 per diluted common share, as compared to the second quarter 2021 earnings of $120.5 million, or $0.29 per diluted common share, and net income of $116.7 million, or $0.27 per diluted common share, for the first quarter 2022.
