Enterprise Bancorp, Inc. Announces Second Quarter Financial Results
July 21, 2022 4:05 PM EDTLOWELL, Mass., July 21, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Enterprise Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: EBTC), parent of Enterprise Bank, announced net income for the three months ended June 30, 2022, of $8.2 million, or $0.67 per diluted common share, compared to $11.1 million, or $0.92 per diluted common share, for the three months ended June 30, 2021.
As previously announced on July 19, 2022, the Company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.205 per common share to be paid on September 1, 2022, to shareholders of record as of August 11, 2022.
