Nasdaq Appoints Johan Torgeby to its Board of Directors
July 21, 2022 8:05 AM EDTNEW YORK and STOCKHOLM, July 21, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nasdaq, Inc. (Nasdaq: NDAQ), today announced the appointment of Johan Torgeby to its Board of Directors. Torgeby is President and Group Chief Executive at Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB), a leading financial services group in northern Europe headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. Torgebys appointment is effective immediately and expands the Board to 11 directors. He will be a member of the Finance Committee.
