Revolution Medicines Announces Pricing of Upsized $230.0 Million Public Offering of Common Stock
July 19, 2022 10:42 PM EDTREDWOOD CITY, Calif., July 19, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Revolution Medicines, Inc. (Nasdaq: RVMD), a clinical-stage oncology company developing targeted therapies for RAS-addicted cancers, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 11,500,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $20.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Revolution Medicines.
