Chinook Therapeutics Announces Pricing of a $105 Million Public Offering

(Nasdaq: KDNY) today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 6,428,572 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share. In addition, and in lieu of common stock, Chinook is offering to certain investors pre-funded warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,071,428 shares of common stock at a purchase price of $13.9999 per pre-funded warrant, which represents the per share public offering price for the common stock less the $0.0001 per share exercise price for each such pre-funded...
